About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff and VP of Operations Strategy & Planning for its Private Cloud and Flex Solutions business. This dual role is pivotal, serving as a trusted advisor to the SVP & GM, and leading a team of approximately 40 professionals in driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and the successful delivery of innovative cloud solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating engineering execution, leading cross-functional operational initiatives, and ensuring the business meets its financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities include acting as a Chief of Staff, leading a high-performing team, partnering with product and engineering leaders, establishing governance frameworks, and driving process excellence. The role also involves creating and presenting executive-level materials, representing the business in cross-BU forums, and managing operational programs related to organizational readiness and cost initiatives. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business operations, product operations, program management, or executive leadership within large organizations, with at least 5 years' of direct people management experience. A proven track record in delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes, strong experience in leading executive-facing initiatives, and a background in the technology industry, particularly with a focus on cloud technologies, are essential. The role requires exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence at all levels. Management consulting experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and dynamic leader, capable of driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
