Starting a trucking career should not mean starting at the bottom of the pay scale. Our new drivers train with a mentor and then earn the same $0.50 per mile as veterans, which works out to about $1,300 to $1,400 a week on 2,600 to 2,800 miles.

Step by Step Training

• 7 day onboarding class with skills testing and added training if you need it

• 10+ days out with an experienced mentor, 5 hours or more of driving per day, $75 daily pay

• Backing evaluation, pre-trip inspection and road test before you go solo in your own truck

Home Time and Routes

• Out 1 to 2 weeks depending on where you live and the freight you run
• Monday to Saturday schedule
• 34 hour reset every Sunday
• Loads from our own customers, planned 1 to 3 days ahead

Equipment

• Automatic sleeper trucks averaging 1.5 years old
• APU, fridge, double bunk, outward facing camera only

Qualifications

• At least 21 with a Class A CDL
• Truck driving school completed within the last 12 months
• Have not worked for another carrier after school
• No more than 4 moving violations in 3 years, no DUI/DWI in 5
• Pass urine drug screening and a DOT physical
