Maintain flawless, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle line-ups, cutting-edge technology, and manufacturer financial incentives.Pipeline Management: Execute rigorous, professional follow-ups to maintain a seamless sales life-cycle, actively cultivating repeat and referral business.Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our Finance (F&I) and Service teams to ensure a flawless, white-glove client delivery.Detail Accuracy: Ensure all CRM data logging, compliance, and sales documentation are executed accurately and efficiently.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership retail sales experience (Luxury import experience is highly advantageous).Track Record: Documented history of meeting or exceeding volume and gross profit targets.Skills: Exceptional negotiation, active listening, and sophisticated communication skills.Mindset: A strong relationship-builder who prioritizes long-term client retention over short-term transactions.Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation.
