Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior.
- Collaborate with office staff and Home Care Nurse, following the prescribed Plan of Care to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Requirements:
6mos. Relevant caregiving experience or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care.

18yrs of age or older.

Ability to write, read and speak fluent English.
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
