This role is designed for a GSM who can build and scale a 50+ retail unit, $150,000+ monthly gross operation. Compensation is directly aligned with results.

Compensation Structure

$150,000–$300,000+ OTE (performance-based)

• 9% front-end gross participation
• 6% back-end gross participation
• Monthly bonus tied to total dealership gross
• $150k achievable at 50+ units / $150k gross
• No base salary or guaranteed draw

Earnings scale meaningfully as volume and profitability increase.

• Demonstrated success leading 40–60+ unit operations
• Strong KPI management and CRM discipline
• Experience balancing volume growth with gross protection
