Solutions Architect Manager
Columbus, OH, King of Prussia, PA, or Naples, FL. | Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of developers
- Oversee SQL-based applications supporting core business systems
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance
- Drive modernization efforts across legacy and cloud environments
- Design and support Azure-based and hybrid solutions
- Manage integrations between on-prem and cloud systems
- Promote automation, DevOps practices, and efficient workflows
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools responsibly
- Partner with leadership on technology direction and priorities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong experience with SQL-based enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments
- Experience leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools
- Interest or exposure to AI-enabled development
- Strong communication and leadership skills
