Join Our Team as a Copywriter

If you're passionate about creating impactful copy, shaping a consistent brand voice, and writing content that delivers real business results, then you might be the perfect fit for our team.

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join us and help shape the voice of our three products: WP Rocket, Imagify, and RocketCDN.

As our Copywriter, you'll create engaging, persuasive, and high-converting content that brings our marketing campaigns to life and strengthens our brand across every customer touchpoint.

In this role, you'll report to the Head of Marketing and become an integral part of our marketing team. We work remotely and are excited to see which new location will join our global team map.

What You Will Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Develop a cohesive verbal identity across all customer touchpoints that makes our products unique and memorable, applying storytelling and persuasion principles to clarify our message and connect with our audience
• Write persuasive, high-converting copy for emails, web pages, landing pages, and paid ads (Facebook, Google Ads) that sells and adds real value to our audience
• Continuously optimize copy based on performance metrics, A/B testing, and customer feedback
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our product and technology to translate features and benefits into clear, accurate, benefit-driven copy
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all copy through rigorous editing, grammar, and proofreading
• Take campaigns from copy to publication - building and scheduling emails, updating web pages, and getting content live across our channels
• Track how your content performs using analytics and campaign data, and use those insights to improve what comes next
• Get involved in marketing beyond writing - supporting campaign execution, contributing ideas, and taking on hands-on marketing tasks alongside the team
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure copy aligns with broader brand and campaign goals
• Stay inspired by creative trends and campaigns from other SaaS companies to bring fresh ideas and formats to our own copy

What Do You Need To Excel at This Job

Excellent written communication skills

Understanding of consumer psychology and persuasive copywriting frameworks to craft messaging that resonates and converts

Ability to adapt tone and style across formats - email, web, landing pages, and paid ads (Facebook, Google Ads)

Ruthless attention to detail, with strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills

SEO knowledge (keyword usage, meta descriptions, on-page best practices)

Ability to quickly learn and understand our product and technology, translating features and benefits into clear, compelling messaging

A genuine interest in marketing beyond writing - you're curious about campaigns, funnels, and what makes them work, and you want to be involved in more than just the copy

Comfortable with data - reading campaign performance in Google Analytics, tracking KPIs, and drawing conclusions from what you see

Hands-on with marketing tools - email platforms, WordPress, and marketing automation

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple briefs/deadlines

Curiosity and adaptability - comfortable researching new topics, testing new formats, and learning quickly

Thrives in a fast-paced environment
