This position is primarily focused on executing successful field installations, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of both robotic systems and their peripheral equipment. The technician will also be responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly and debugging in the shop, as well as breaking down custom machines and automation cells for shipment. Additionally, the role involves onsite layout, installation, and commissioning of these systems. Attention to detail is crucial, as the technician will be expected to efficiently fill out field service reports, preventative maintenance checklists, and equipment documentation, ensuring that all operational standards and client specifications are met.This dynamic role combines technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, making it essential for maintaining the high performance that CNC Solutions is known for.Are you a good fit for this Automation Technician job?To be successful as an Automation Technician at CNC Solutions LLC, candidates should possess a robust set of technical skills and hands-on experience. Experience in machine building—particularly in electrical and mechanical assembly—is essential, along with familiarity in basic programming for FANUC Robots or similar brands. A strong troubleshooting background is important; candidates should have an understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens and machine tool interfacing with peripheral equipment.
