A Lead Line Cook oversees kitchen staff and operations during service/banquets, delegating tasks, training and evaluating staff, and ensuring food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met. They also manage assist in inventory and must maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Experience:
Required: 1 year: Leadership
2 years: Line Cook
Preferred: 1-2 years: Banquets
