Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)
- Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts effectively
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success (e.g., $60,000-$70,000 in annual revenue or more)
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
