The Position:

Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions. Bags purchases if needed. Processes return transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting customers in a positive manner and helping them find specific items

Wrapping, bagging, or boxing merchandise for customers

Accepting payment by credit, debit, or cash

Calculating and giving correct change to the customer

Resolving customer complaints and rectifying price discrepancies

Handling exchanges, refunds, credits

Entering purchases into the cash register to calculate the purchase price

Job Skills:

Job Requirements:

High school diploma required.

At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Compliance with Tisun dress code and other policies in Tisun employee handbook.
