About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for the financial health and growth of the organization. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management, particularly in the healthcare and social services sectors. The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations, from budgeting to financial reporting, and will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' financial management experience. The role requires expertise in managing revenue, cash flow, and monthly reporting processes, as well as experience with general ledger management and variance analysis. Knowledge of state funding processes and a proven track record in financial planning for services related to the company's focus areas are essential. The CFO will also be expected to lead change management efforts, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the highest levels of financial integrity and transparency. Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic skills are a must, as is the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
