Expertise in Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation is required to improve Workday processes and deliver advanced system solutions to stakeholders. This will be 5 days a week in the Chantilly office. This position is fully funded and we are actively recruiting candidate.Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions.Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions.Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation.Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize system capabilities.Qualifications:Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years in a Workday environment.Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, reporting, and process design.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with system integrations and data management.US citizenship is required for this role.Desired:Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.Experience with Eightfold Talent Acquisition and Talent ManagementAdvanced knowledge of Workday security and compliance features.This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
