Implement mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision. Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the provision of high-quality policies, services and programs needed and/or desired by the IL Residents. Maintain Resident satisfaction through ongoing solicitation and measurement of Resident feedback, through various platforms. Take the initiative to actively plan, develop, and implement expansion and/or innovation in program services. Manage and address the communities first Impressions including completing the First Impressions Tool according to standards.
