The ideal candidate will provide top-notch care in a supportive and collaborative environment, empowering our community through their skills and expertise.Responsibilities:Provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical AssistantsTriage patient phone calls and visitsProvide case managementCare for patients requiring nurse-only visitsMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environmentAssist Medical Providers with examinations and proceduresPerform routine diagnostic tests and process specimensAdminister medications as directedReview lab results and report abnormalitiesManage supplies for patient roomsParticipate in quality improvement activitiesCommunicate effectively with patients and staffMaintain professional interactions with patients and staffMaintain medical records and documentationProvide patient educationQualifications:Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New YorkAssociates or Bachelor's Degree in NursingOne year of experience in an ambulatory healthcare settingComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with an Electronic Medical Records SystemPhysical Demands:This role requires periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
