This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while serving an outpatient client base. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments through interviews and questionnaires to better understand clients’ mental health histories, current conditions, and individual goals.

• Facilitate personalized counseling sessions—either via video conferencing or in-person—utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans outlining specific therapeutic goals, intervention strategies, and measurable outcomes for each client.

• Lead couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, conflict resolution skills, and overall relationship satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with families to analyze dynamic patterns, guide effective communication practices, and strengthen family bonds through family therapy initiatives.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and effective follow-up care.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation, including progress notes and treatment methodologies, to promote continuity of care and compliance with agency standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Uphold ethical practice standards, including confidentiality and informed consent, while establishing healthy professional boundaries with clients.

The ideal candidate will serve a broad spectrum of client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona, in good standing.
