Customer Service Team Member
Woodbridge, VA | Starting at $20/hour Serve Those Who Serve Our Nation.At Marlow White Uniforms, we take pride in providing America's military with premium uniforms and exceptional service. We're looking for adaptable, service-minded team members who enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to jump in wherever they're needed. No two days are exactly alike, and that's exactly how we like it. Whether you're assisting a customer with a uniform fitting, receiving inventory, preparing outbound shipments, restocking merchandise, or helping keep the store running smoothly, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Military uniform experience is not required . We'll teach you everything you need to know. What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
- Guide customers through professional uniform fittings
- Process customer orders accurately
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Prepare outbound shipments
- Restock merchandise and maintain store presentation
- Support day-to-day store operations wherever needed
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver exceptional service
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Adaptable and comfortable wearing many hats
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to contribute
- A team player who enjoys helping wherever needed
- Starting pay of $20.00 per hour
