Maintenance Manager - Startup GMP Animal Health Facility

Merck & Co., Inc. in De Soto, Kansas, seeks a Maintenance Manager to build and lead a new manufacturing maintenance organization. You will recruit, train, and manage a multi-craft team for 24/7 operations, drive safety and efficiency, and implement a CMMS for asset tracking.

Responsibilities include commissioning/qualification support, regulatory readiness, and cross- functional collaboration with equipment suppliers and internal teams. Travel may be required.
