TEX is hiring Event Setup Technicians in Knoxville and surrounding areas!

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Job Scope (Event & Venue Projects):

Responsibilities may include any or all of the following:

• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, tents, and equipment
• Load, unload, and transport event materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with lighting, décor, and basic audiovisual setup
• Ensure all setups meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain organized and clean work areas
• Troubleshoot setup issues quickly and effectively
• Safely use tools and equipment
• Work as part of a team with event staff and coordinators
• Climb ladders and perform physical labor as needed

Requirements:

• Previous event setup, general labor, or related experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
