Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required, specific details not provided License: Valid RN license required Certifications: Relevant certifications may be required Must-Have: Candidates must possess skills in GYN, urology, general surgery, robotics, and orthopedic procedures. Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This position involves working in an operating room setting. The unit includes 7 operating room suites and approximately 30 staff members, including surgical team members. Staff members work in 8-hour shifts with a patient ratio of 1:1. The type of equipment used varies based on surgical specialty. The electronic medical record system utilized is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include robotics for gynecology, urology, general cystoscopy, breast procedures, knee scopes, and total joint replacements. Ideal candidates should be team players and flexible in their approach to work. Travelers will be scheduled in accordance with facility policy. They are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with other staff members.
