Quant Trading Strategy Department: Global Markets | Location: New York Pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year* Job Summary The Americas Algorithmic Trading team operates as a specialized unit combining quantitative research, data engineering, and real‑time trading execution to build its suite of algorithmic execution products. The team maintains a comprehensive order, trade, and market data repository to develop and refine models that drive automated trading decisions. In this role, you will focus on the data aspect, serving as the foundation for decision‑making to maintain a competitive advantage through superior execution performance of our algorithms. Responsibilities Own and maintain data infrastructure supporting algorithmic trading models. Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to ingest, clean, and structure market and trade data. Develop data pipelines and tools to support real‑time execution and post‑trade analysis. Ensure data quality, reliability, and timeliness for algorithmic decision engines. Translate business requirements into data solutions that improve execution performance. Qualifications Proficiency in data engineering or software development in a high‑frequency trading environment. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or similar languages. Experience with big‑data technologies (Kafka, Spark, SQL, etc.). Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of financial markets and algorithmic trading concepts is a plus.
