Field Service Technician - Buffalo, NY area

The ideal candidate will have a strong electromechanical service background, experience servicing office technology equipment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues and implement corrective actions.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and retrofit customer equipment.
• Deliver end-user training and technical support.
• Manage assigned service calls and maintain productivity standards.
• Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Rebuild and refurbish equipment components as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service delivery.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Minimum 3 years of technical service, repair, and installation of office equipment. 

• Experience servicing multifunction printers (MFPs), copiers, and print management devices.
• Knowledge of document management solutions.
• Previous shop technician experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service abilities.
