Job Summary (Sr Infrastructure Developer)

- Design, implement, and optimize Hyper-V cluster architectures, including multi-data center failover, storage, and network configurations.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on hardware for Hyper-V environments.
- Develop and maintain automation tools using PowerShell, WMI, and .NET for infrastructure management (provisioning, patching, compliance, decommissioning).
- Enhance and support existing server orchestration and workload management automation platforms.
- Lead infrastructure automation, continuous delivery initiatives, and environment upgrades for scalable, reliable operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across hypervisor, storage, network, and compute environments using advanced diagnostics.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, vendor partners, and operations teams to ensure high-performing, aligned infrastructure solutions.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and documentation of automation processes and platforms.
- Participate in a fully onsite work environment (Houston, Jersey City, San Francisco, or Seattle) with a 12-month contract-to-hire arrangement.
