Your responsibilities include:* Delivering comprehensive patient care in complex situations, primarily in critical care settings.* Educating patients and their families while mentoring new staff and students.* Collaborating with healthcare teams to plan and implement effective care strategies.**Core Responsibilities:*** **Customer Service**: Ensure thorough patient assessments, documentation, and education while promoting a positive team environment.* **Quality Patient Care**: Administer therapies, manage ventilators, perform assessments, and provide specialized care, including assisting in invasive procedures.* **Safety**: Maintain high patient safety standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.# # **Requirements****Education**:* **Graduate of an AMA-approved program in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Sciences; required.*** **Bachelor’s degree required.****Licenses/Certifications**:* **Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA Required*** **Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required*** **Additional certifications (e.g., NRP, PALS) preferred.****Experience**:* **Minimum of 3+ years of current RT experience required in a hospital environment required.****Skills*** **Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.*** **Excellent relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.*** **Proficient in computer use and familiar with healthcare databases.**Join us and discover the support to do more meaningful work—and enjoy a more rewarding life.
