Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing functions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and clinical notes. Stay current with advancements in speech‑language pathology practices and incorporate evidence‑based techniques. Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and home exercises. Skills and Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Proven experience in evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high‑quality care. Knowledge of current clinical practices and evidence‑based treatment methods.
