We need people that take accountability for their actions and pride in their work.Responsibilities:Commissioning and installation of CNC controlled machining centers.Briefing and training of customers in operating and maintaining the equipment. Support with application related questions.Troubleshooting and solving of electrical and mechanical issues at customer siteProduction support at customer siteTroubleshooting and solving of control related issuesInstallation of retrofitsTechnical support of distributorsRequirements:Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues of machine toolsKnowledge of Heidenhain and/or Siemens control systemsProficient knowledge of electronic and mechanical aspects of CNC machines, preferably 5-axis machinesUnderstanding of hydraulics and pneumatics in machine toolsProficiency in using computersProfessional Interaction with CustomersMicrosoft Office knowledge is mandatoryPreferred locations: Milwaukee, WI / Phoenix, AZ / New Hampshire / Huntsville, AL / NC or SC / Vancouver, Canada / Toronto, Canada / Windsor, CanadaExtensive travel is required (including international)
