Our privately owned manufacturing facility is seeking a hands-on working CNC Supervisor, who is eager to grow with a company with high ambitions and a strong work ethic to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Completes production plan by scheduling jobs, monitoring progress, and reporting results of the process flow
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of CNC machining, programming set-ups for Mills and Lathes
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
