RN Antepartum Night Nurse

Role Overview: The Antepartum Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, evidence-based care to high-risk pregnant patients requiring hospitalization before delivery, across various Women and Infants units including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a multidisciplinary team environment. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes while modeling proficiency and precepting new team members. Support ongoing education and competency validation through clinical educators and adherence to practice standards including AWHONN and AACN guidelines. Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced clinical setting. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with current RN licensure. Minimum six months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a specialized fellowship. Certifications including NRP, ACLS, and BLS, with BLS required before start. Strong clinical skills, evidence-based practice, and ability to work effectively within a team.
