Speedy Glass is seeking to add an Assistant Branch Manager to our team in Anchorage at our Brayton Drive Location! The primary focus of the Assistant Branch Manager is at all times to be developing and maintaining good customer relations. The Assistant Branch Manager shall assist customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. They shall confer with customers by telephone, email or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints. Under the direction of the Branch Manager the Assistant Branch Manager shall be responsible for opening and/or closing the Branch, various administrative duties and other duties as assigned. Schedule: full-time: Monday - Friday. Pay Scale: $26 - $30 per hour + eligible sign‑on bonus of $1000! Job Duties Confer with customers by telephone, email or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints. Quote, Workorder, Invoice, and Receive Payment for all services provided. Schedule and assign workorders to the appropriate team member. Be efficient in all duties required by all team members in order to provide support and/or backup for team members during installation of products and/or services for customers, including but not limited to unscheduled deliveries, damage reports, detailing vehicles, chip repairs, setting glass as needed. Provide training for current and/or new employees. Open and/or close the Branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all financial records are accurate on a daily basis. Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Obligated to keep confidential any information pertaining to customers and competitors. Responsible for the appearance and serviceability of the Showroom, Waiting Room, Shop, Company Trucks, and Restroom/s. Driving company or customer vehicles may be required. Order, Pick Up, Check In, and Inventory all supplies and freight for all services provided; insuring all product is clean and undamaged. Files claims for all damaged product and supplies. Insures all unused or damaged product and supplies are returned or taken care according to Speedy Glass policy. Maintains accurate filing system for customer orders, quotes, specialty products, voids, returns, and all other necessary files pertaining to the individual branch location. Sends and Receives all mail. All other duties as assigned by Management. All other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and/or direct supervisor.
