Our supportive environment emphasizes individualized care, family involvement, and meaningful outcomes that positively impact daily life.Your RoleImplement and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs under the direction of a BCBA.Conduct assessments and assist in the development of treatment plans based on clinical findings.Provide direct and indirect ABA services to pediatric patients.Monitor patient progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals.Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate.Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements.Educate caregivers on behavior management strategies and skill-building techniques to support success across environments.
