Job Description

Would you like to work with one of the region's best Property Management companies?

We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to become a part of our team in Syracuse! You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders.

The property is a 200 unit affordable housing building and is looking to hire an All-around Handyman or experienced Technician ASAP!

The position is paying $21/hour with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
Painting
Drywall Patching
Clean Up

Qualifications:

Ability to handle physical workload
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
