Role Description This full-time Real Estate Sales Associate role is a hybrid position based in Murrysville, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting client consultations, and guiding buyers and sellers through the full real estate transaction process. The role involves preparing and presenting listings, hosting showings and open houses, negotiating offers and contracts, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The Sales Associate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, property values, and industry regulations, while leveraging Howard Hanna’s mortgage, insurance, and title services to support clients. Regular collaboration with the local office team, participation in training sessions, and consistent client communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings are essential. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer service and client relationship-building skills. Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License (or be in the process of obtaining one) and a solid understanding of real estate regulations. Candidates should possess knowledge of real property concepts and local market trends. Candidates should possess real estate sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing transactions. Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation abilities. Candidates should possess basic proficiency with real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms, and standard office software. Candidates should possess a reliable means of transportation for property showings and in-person client meetings.
