The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement of incoming and outgoing goods within the warehouse while ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and GxP healthcare standards. This role leads daily inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, inspecting, processing, and putaway of inventory, while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The Warehouse Team Leader is also responsible for processing customer returns, conducting product inspections, investigating discrepancies, managing disposition activities, and ensuring all returned materials are handled in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. The position provides leadership and guidance to warehouse associates, monitors productivity and quality metrics, utilizes Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology to track inventory transactions, and promotes a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. This position is a 1st Shift role, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour and is paid weekly.

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area.

• Working in a temperature-controlled environment (ambient, and/or 35°F and 46°)
• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Operate material handling/Forklift equipment
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment

• At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisory, or team leadership role

• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong knowledge of inbound operations, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory control, and quality inspections

• Experience processing customer returns, product inspections, and disposition activities

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Experience using RF scanners and handheld devices

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, including data entry, reporting, and tracking operational metrics

• Forklift operating experience, including reach truck, order picker/cherry picker, and sit-down or stand-up equipment
