D&L LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Supervisor to support our growing operations in the Apple Grove area! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and working on large-scale industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

This is a local position only with consistent weekday hours, no travel and no residential service calls!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections
• Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, chillers and large-scale mechanical systems
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions
• Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing commercial or industrial HVAC systems and handling commercial HVAC service calls
• Valid driver’s license (required with no DUIs in last 3 years)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Supervisory or crew-lead experience is a plus.
• Experience servicing boilers, cooling towers, VAV systems, or building controls is a plus.
• Able to explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers is a plus.
