Job Description
As a Security Officer Front Desk Operations in Boise ID you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading technology location you will serve as a welcoming visible presence while supporting a secure environment. You will greet visitors manage access procedures monitor entry activity communicate professionally with employees and guests and respond to security-related concerns. What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk within a technology-focused location by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response protocols.
- Greet visitors employees contractors and delivery personnel; verify authorization; issue visitor credentials; and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Monitor access points receive and direct calls and communicate with appropriate site contacts regarding arrivals access requests and facility information.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain a professional front desk presence and report unusual activity access concerns and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
