Job Title: Temporary Warehouse Specialist Location: Just Ingredients, 1439 North 1380 West Orem, UT Just Ingredients is looking to hire temporary warehouse specialists for our upcoming Birthday Sale. This position will run from Tuesday, July 21st through Tuesday, August 4th (including Saturdays). There are two shifts we are hiring for: Day Shift from 6am-2:30pm Swing Shift from 3pm-11:30pm Training Dates: Day Shift: Friday, July 17th from 7:30am-4pm Swing Shift: Monday, July 20th from 7:30am-4pm Pay Rates: Day Shift: $16.50 per hour Swing Shift:$17.50 per hour Who We Are: At Just Ingredients – a health and wellness e-commerce company – we believe that nourishing your body with real ingredients is essential for living a healthy and fulfilling life. What You’ll Do: The Temporary Warehouse Specialist assists in picking, packing, sorting, or shipping orders to customers while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position requires teamwork and organization to ensure the smooth flow of materials and maintain accuracy in inventory, contributing to the efficiency of on‑time delivery for all Just Ingredients products. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders based on orders printed prior to the shift Stage orders for the shipping specialist to send out to customers Assist in stocking the pick‑face (flow racking), when needed Break down boxes and keep the work area clean during the picking operation and after restocking the pick face Create and maintain a safe environment at all times for yourself and others Perform other tasks, as needed or requested What You'll Get In Return An attendance bonus up to $200. Helping customers receive their orders for their health and wellness Qualifications Job Requirements and Qualifications At least 18 years old. Able to read, speak and understand English. Able to stand for 4-8hours at a time. Ability to bend, reach, and push packages weighing up to 30 pounds. Willing to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, and dusty at times). Strong attention to detail. Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately. Able to adapt to change on the fly. Previous picking experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting preferred. Prior work in a fast‑paced warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus. Who You Are You can be relied on for consistent attendance and punctuality.
