Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to transform the lives of our patients and residents while building meaningful relationships with them and their families. You will care for a diverse range of patients with complex diagnoses, enhancing your knowledge and skills across multiple areas.

Position Highlights

• Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
• Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals for patients, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Delegate patient care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure proper implementation of interventions.
• Share patient information with assigned staff and facilitate communication between shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is mandatory.

Salary Range

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $43.00 per hour.
