Job Description

Real Alloy team in Loudon, Tennessee is looking for this key role which focuses on scheduling and ensuring the right materials are available when needed for production. This role coordinates the day-to-day of incoming loads, receipts, and distribution to operations. Continuous improvement measures are a strong capability of the ideal candidate. Prior metals experience preferred. Industrial setting experience required. Raw materials move through the melting and pouring process and this role plans and manages this process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or years of experience
• 2-4 years working with aluminum scrap & alloys preferred.
• Proven ability to function with minimal supervision while also leading others toward plant goals
• Ability to plan and organize effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (teamwork oriented) a must
• Committed to high standards of ethics and integrity
• Desire for advancement within the organization
• Off-hours access via typical communication tools
