This will be a mix of general Nephrology and Transplant role, the practice is part of a large multi-specialty group with robust referral base. Looking for a team player to join this very well regarded, long established, collegial practice. Starling has over 250 physicians and advanced practitioners in other specialties in addition to its Nephrology group. We are conveniently located in 30 locations throughout Central Connecticut. Most offices are within a 30-mile radius of Hartford, CT. *Description:* * New graduates are welcome to apply! * Excellent quality of life, 1:5 Call Schedule. * Support inpatient rounding, dialysis rounding and ambulatory practice for general Nephrology * Support busy transplant program at Hartford Hospital * We serve a well-insured patient population and have a large built-in primary care referral base. * We provide competitive vacation time and comprehensive benefits and opportunities for Resident Teaching. *Requirements:* * Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing. * Board Certification and DEA license required. * Fellowship training in Transplant Nephrology required.
