Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent (Full-Time) We are seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agents to join our team. We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, including AM & PM. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. Duties Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Perform various front desk and administrative duties as needed across different shifts Experience Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with phone etiquette Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus Experience with front desk procedures is beneficial Strong customer service and guest relations skills are essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, we offer competitive compensation, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
