Assembler (Entry-Level)

Location: Painesville, OH Pay: $19.00/hour to start (Temp-to-Hire) Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking an Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Painesville. Previous assembly experience is ideal, but not required. If you have worked with tools, assembled products, repaired equipment, worked on cars, or have strong mechanical aptitude, we are willing to train the right person. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Successful employees may be hired directly and receive a pay increase to $20.00/hour along with company benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble products and components using hand tools
• Follow work instructions and blueprints
• Inspect finished work for quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, construction, or similar experience is a plus
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
