Delivers one-on-one behavioral support tailored to each client’s individual needs and treatment plan, promoting personal growth, independence, and overall well-being while supporting the achievement of established goals.Care Manager III/Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist I, II, III Requirements:CM III: An individual who has at least four (4) years of full-time/equivalent (FTE) experience in a mental health-related field proving direct mental health services. Up to two (2) years of the four (4) years of experience can be substituted by years of education in a mental health-related field. There is a minimum requirement of two (2) years of actual work experience.**The education requirement for a CM III - must be a minimum of two (2) years of education (60 semester or 90 quarter units) with a minimum of 12 semesters (18 quarter) units in a mental health-related subject area such as child development, social work, human behavior, rehabilitation, psychology, or alcohol and drug counseling.MHRS I: Associate degree +6 years working with at-risk clients in a mental health settingMHRS I: Bachelor's degree +4 years working with at-risk clients in a mental health settingMHRS III: Master's degree +2 years working with at-risk clients in a mental health setting.Conditions of Employment:Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points).Must pass a clear background check with CACI, DOJ & FBI.CPR and First Aid Certified.TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.Driving Requirement:This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for business purposes and on-call rotation.Driving is a required function of this position.
