Job Title: Operating Room Circulator RN - Spine Surgical Center (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week; start/end times vary based on surgery schedule)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Circulator Registered Nurse (RN) to join our specialized Spine Surgical Center team. In this role, you will manage intraoperative nursing care, maintain sterile environments, and coordinate closely with spine surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs. • Patient-Centered Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care before, during, and after procedures in accordance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary team members, spine surgeons, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinical operations and optimal surgical outcomes.

• OR Preparation & Safety: Prepare, organize, and maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and sterile fields required for complex spine procedures.

• Patient Monitoring & Documentation: Monitor, document, and report patient condition and status in real time throughout the perioperative process.

• Infection Control & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant operating room environment by strictly adhering to infection control protocols, HIPAA, and safety standards.

• Clinical Support: Assist with patient intake, assessment, pre-op preparation, and post-procedure recovery as needed.

• Continuous Improvement: Active participation in quality improvement initiatives, daily team huddles, and ongoing professional development.

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Insert State].

• Strong clinical knowledge and practical expertise in surgical, perioperative, or specialty care operations.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and surgical teams.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven problem-solving ability, task prioritization, and emotional composure under pressure.

• Computer literacy with hands-on comfort navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Prior experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) or outpatient surgical environment.

• Previous experience in spine, orthopedics, or neurosurgical procedures.

• Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or CNOR .

• Familiarity with major EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, HST Pathways).

• Experience precepting, mentoring team members, or participating in clinical audits and quality assurance processes.

• Predictable Schedule: Monday through Friday day shifts with no major weekend commitments.
