Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Westside Psychotherapy Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough interviews to assess clients’ current conditions, strengths, weaknesses, and individual needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support through various communication methods, ensuring clients feel heard and prioritized.

• Documenting client interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records of their journey and status.

• Participating in case conferences, providing testimony in court as required, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
