Senior Accountant/Manager

We are conducting a search on behalf of a growing, privately held financial services company with a complex, multi-entity corporate structure. The Senior Accountant/Manager will support corporate accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. This person will play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycle while partnering cross-functionally with finance leadership and operational teams. Full-cycle close support including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Consolidation across multiple legal entities — intercompany eliminations, adjustments, and reclassifications Foreign currency accounting including translation, FX impacts Variance analysis and commentary on consolidated results vs. prior periods, forecasts, and plans US GAAP/IFRS compliance and internal control execution Audit support and clear documentation across close, consolidation, and reporting processes Special projects including system implementations, acquisitions, and process improvements Requirements Bachelor's in Accounting Public Audit Experience Preferred 3–4+ years of relevant experience; public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting background preferred Strong consolidations experience in a multi-entity environment Solid US GAAP/IFRS knowledge; multi-currency or international accounting experience a plus Advanced Excel skills; ERP and consolidation tool experience preferred CPA or active progress toward CPA a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
