Production Operator

Production Operator Dauch Corporation has immediate & exceptional opportunities for Production Operators at our Three Rivers, MI facility. Entry level pay rate for a Production Operator is $22.00/hour plus a $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. Rates top out at $33 an hour. Job Description Responsibilities include numerous duties related to the machining and assembling of automotive axle components and final assemblies. A Production Operator position can include repetitive lifting, twisting and bending, in a factory setting. This opportunity will provide the candidate hands‑on, day‑to‑day technical interaction within automotive manufacturing. Required Skills and Education Required education: High school or equivalent Able to work any shift Successfully complete a criminal and education background review Successfully complete a pre‑employment physical and drug screening Ability to work on any shift does not mean a swing shift.
