Business Immigration Paralegal | Multiple Locations | Hybrid | Long-Term Contract Trustpoint.One has been exclusively engaged to identify an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal for a long-term temporary opportunity with a highly regarded law firm in any of their offices . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration professional who can step in and work closely with Immigration Partners while handling sophisticated business immigration matters. The firm offers a supportive, collegial environment, hybrid schedule and flexibility around a traditional 9–5 schedule. What You'll Do: Prepare employment-based immigration petitions, including drafting supporting letters and identifying required documentation Manage the PERM process , including recruitment cycles and development of PERM audit files Research Department of Labor classifications, NAICS classifications, prevailing wages, and consular procedures Communicate directly with corporate clients, government agencies, and third parties Monitor immigration developments and procedural changes, including AILA updates Work directly with Immigration Partners on active matters and client needs What We're Looking For: 5+ years of business/employment immigration experience within a law firm or corporate immigration function Strong hands‑on PERM experience Ability to independently manage deadlines, documentation, research, and client communication Strong writing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skill Hybrid - In Any of the firm's offices Full-time; approximately 9–5 with some flexibility Long-term temporary assignment Supportive and collegial team Trustpoint.One provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
