To support the People Operations department, the hybrid remote Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance processes while contributing to a positive team culture and achieving individual performance goals. Key responsibilities Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Manage unemployment claims and worker's compensation processes, and support leaves of absence and benefits administration Conduct employee investigations and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists on full cycle recruitment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum four years of experience in the human resources field At least two years of experience in employee relations and conducting investigations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and automated human resource management systems SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
