We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position, ideal for individuals who are driven, outgoing, and eager to maximize their earning potential through sales performance. Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
- Carry out customer sales.
- Collect payments by cash and credit card
- Issue receipts to customers
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet targets
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Keep sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience REQUIRED
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
