Job Details Setting: Home Health / Home Care Location: Needham Heights, MA 02494 Employment Type: Travel RN Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Shift Duration: 8 hours Weekly Hours: 40 Assignment Length: 18 weeks Start Date: 6/28/2026 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 to $2,230 On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes Travel Area: Boston and surrounding communities Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license Associate degree in nursing required At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred; home health or home care experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload Strong assessment, documentation, and time-management skills Comfortable working in a business casual environment Ability to complete comprehensive assessments and medication reconciliation accurately Responsibilities Initiate, develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals Provide direct and indirect supervision of home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses as appropriate Perform supervisory visits and support safe, compliant care delivery Deliver skilled nursing services within scope of practice and infection control standards Complete comprehensive patient assessments and medication reconciliation in a timely manner Document patient visits accurately and thoroughly according to policy and payer requirements Support patients across Boston and nearby surrounding areas Why Apply?
